Privacy

What we collect
- Your email address and first name.
- Your daily heart ratings, optional tags, and optional private notes.
- The names and email addresses of people you add to your Circle.
- Your optional safety contact's name and number, stored only for your own use.
What we never do
- Show your private notes to anyone — not friends, not HHP staff.
- Tell your Circle how you are doing.
- Message anyone on your behalf automatically.
- Sell your data or use it for advertising.
Emails we send
Check-in emails go only to people you choose, with a link that works once and expires after seven days. Every email includes an unsubscribe link and a "this isn't me" link.
Your control
You can edit or delete a check-in within 48 hours, remove anyone from your Circle at any time, export your history, and delete all of your data from Settings.
Not a medical record
This app is separate from Hopeful Hearts Pathways treatment records and is not covered by HIPAA as a treatment record. It is a personal wellness tool.
